Client comments

The client leaves comments, reactions, or approvals from their review link; the team manages them in the editor.

What it is for

Centralize external review feedback.

How to use it

  1. The client opens their link and uses comment or reaction controls in their view.
  2. For spoken feedback, use the microphone in the bottom bar (see «Client voice note»).
  3. In the editor, the floating bell alerts you when there is new feedback (if any items exist).
  4. Review images support markers with text, voice, and photos (see «Review image and markers»).
  5. With «Notify me» enabled you receive email or Telegram when the client leaves feedback (rate-limited).
  6. Open the modal from the bell to read everything, reply, and change statuses.
  7. Optional: «Add feedback to panel» pins the section in the side panel (see dedicated article).
