What is Idear.app?
Idear.app is a shared visual board to present renders, plans, references, and comments with clients. It centralizes feedback on one canvas instead of scattering it across WhatsApp, email, and loose screenshots.
Who is it for?
Architects, render artists, interior designers, product studios, and creative teams who need to review visual proposals with clients clearly and with a traceable record.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Idear runs in the browser. You and your client open a link — no app to install on desktop or mobile.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. The board opens in the mobile browser. Your client can review proposals and leave comments from their phone without installing anything.
Clients & guests
Does my client need an account?
No. Share a link and your client enters as a guest. They can review the board and leave feedback without signing up.
Does Idear.app replace WhatsApp?
It does not replace the conversation, but it does replace the chaos of reviewing projects over WhatsApp. Idear gathers renders, references, and comments on one shared board so feedback does not get lost in messages.
Is it good for reviewing renders with clients?
Yes. It is one of the most common use cases: compare versions, pin comments on the image, and collect voice notes without asking the client to install anything.
Can I share only part of a project?
You can organize the board by rooms, phases, or blocks and share the link to the full board. Your client sees the context you prepare — not a thread of loose messages.
Plans & beta
Is Idear.app free?
There is a free plan to get started and paid plans with more capacity and features. During the open beta you can sign up without a card and try full access.
Do I need a card to sign up?
Not during the current beta. You can create a free account and share a real board with a client without entering payment details.
What does the beta include?
Access to the main product features while we keep improving the experience. If something breaks or you have an idea, we want to hear it — we are in active beta.
Where do I see plans and pricing?
On the home page, Pricing section, or from registration when you choose to upgrade. Details may change during the beta.
Privacy & support
Who can see my board?
Only people with the link you share (and people with access on your account if you work as a team). We do not publish your boards in a public directory.
Where can I learn a specific feature?
The help center has step-by-step guides. On the Features page you will also find videos and summaries of each board tool.
How do I contact the team?
