Client mode

Client approval flow

Mark which elements need a client decision (approve, request changes, or defer). The client acts from their /c/… link; the team tracks status in the Decision center and on each element.

What it is for

Close reviews with traceability: what is approved, what needs changes, and what is still pending.

How to use it

  1. Preparation (team): mark elements as «Visible to client». Select a compatible element (image, variant, comparator, gallery, AI concept sheet, checklist, poll, text…) and click «Request decision» in the «Element status» panel (Decisions tab inside Client feedback) or enable the approval toggle in the client review floating bar.
  2. Optional: «Mark in review» sends the item to the client before they decide; you can «Cancel review request» if plans change.
  3. Share the review link (Share → Share with client). The client only sees content marked visible.
  4. In client mode, the client sees a decision bar on each requested item: Approve, Request changes (with comment), or Review later.
  5. Variants: the client can rate as selected, finalist, or discarded; they can compare finalists in a dedicated view.
  6. Comparators: the client picks left or right (or defers the decision).
  7. Galleries/carousels: decisions can be per slide; the studio sees how many images remain pending.
  8. Concept sheets: approve the full sheet and rate per section item (favorite, doubt, discard…).
  9. Tracking (team): open Client feedback → «Decision center» tab to list everything with filters (All, Approved, Pending, Changes, Unreviewed).
  10. When you select an element on the canvas, the «Element status» panel shows history, the client comment, and studio actions (approve or record changes on behalf of the team if needed).
  11. Statuses: Unreviewed → In review (waiting on client) → Approved or Changes requested. Approved items can be reopened for a new review round.
  12. After approving from the studio side, the system may offer to save a board snapshot as a record (depending on panel flow).
