Invite collaborator by email
In Share → Share with collaborator → «Invite collaborator» tab you send email invites (comma-separated). Invitees sign in to Idear, accept the invite, and edit the board with contribute permissions (their own elements).
What it is for
Work repeatedly with the same team without resharing public URLs.
How to use it
- Open the Invite collaborator tab (available if your plan includes collaborator invites).
- Enter emails and click Invite; you see a summary of sent, skipped, or failed invites.
- The list below shows collaborators as Accepted or Pending.
- Click Revoke on a row to remove that collaborator’s access.
Tips
- Only the board owner manages this list.
- An accepted collaborator does not use the /b/ guest links from the Links tab—they sign in.
- If the tab is disabled, upgrade your plan (contributor_permissions).
