Share dialog
From the board side panel («Share board» button) or the equivalent control in the editor, open the «Share» dialog. If your plan includes collaboration and client review, the first screen shows two cards; if you only have one feature, you go straight into that path.
What it is for
Pick the right access type (team vs. client) without mixing links.
How to use it
- Open Share in the editor.
- Initial menu (when shown): «Share with collaborator» or «Share with client».
- «Share with collaborator»: Links tab (guest URLs) and Invite collaborator tab (email with Idear account). See dedicated articles.
- «Share with client»: review link, per-element visibility, and client menu order. See dedicated article.
- Inside a path, «← Back» returns to the menu (or closes if there is no menu). «Close» exits the dialog.
Tips
- Guest board links (/b/…) are not the same as the client review link (/c/… or client route).
- Email collaborator invites need contributor_permissions on your plan; client mode needs Pro/Studio.
