Board collaboration
Several people can work on the same board: owner, email-invited collaborators, and link guests. Each contribution is tied to its author (color and layer). Changes are saved on the server; reopening or reloading the board shows the latest state.
What it is for
Coordinate team reviews and external input without duplicating projects.
How to use it
- Owner: full control; open Share → Share with collaborator (links or email invites).
- Collaborator (accepted email invite): edits with their account; shows as an author in layers.
- /b/ link guest: enters without an account; in the Links tab choose view, contribute, or full editor.
- Use «Who is collaborating» in the top bar to see roles and recent activity (see dedicated article).
- Live cursors from other users are not available yet; the list refreshes periodically.
Tips
- For simultaneous work, agree to refresh the board or wait a few seconds after someone else’s edits.
- Author layers help isolate who drew what (plans with author_layers).
