Board side panel
Right column in the editor: variants, snapshots, author layers, files, client feedback (if your plan includes it), saved views, and favorites. Drag the left edge to resize the panel.
What it is for
Manage the board without leaving the canvas: organization, versions, and client review.
How to use it
- The side panel stays open on desktop; on mobile it is usually a bottom sheet.
- Drag the handle between canvas and panel to change width (double-click restores default width).
- Collapsible sections: Variants, Snapshots, Author layers, Files, Client feedback, Board views, Favorites.
- In Variants: create from selection, focus or hide groups, and open «Compare» to review up to three variants fullscreen.
- In Snapshots: create board copies (name and description), open «View gallery» even before any snapshot is saved, and review «Current moment» with a live canvas capture.
- In Author layers: hide one person’s contributions (if your plan includes author layers).
Tips
- Client feedback can be pinned to this panel from the floating bell modal («Add feedback to panel»).
- The feedback bell on the canvas alerts you to new items; the panel is for working through comments.
- The floating variant bar on the canvas also offers quick «Compare» when more than one variant exists.
