Idear mobile (capture on site)

What it is for

Log ideas in the moment (site visit, meeting, job site) and organize them later on desktop.

How to use it

1. On phone or tablet, visiting /app usually redirects to /app/mobile (board list). Add ?mobile=desktop to the URL to force the desktop UI.
2. Install the PWA when offered: «Add to Home Screen» (iOS: Share; Android/Chrome: ⋮ menu). Open Idear like an app.
3. On the list (/app/mobile) search boards, create one with a name, or open an existing board (owned or shared with edit access, per permissions).
4. Opening a board (/app/mobile/board/…) shows the «Capture» hub: center mic, camera on the right, comment on the left.
5. Voice note: press and hold the mic (countdown from 2:00, 2 min max). Slide up to lock recording; left to cancel. On desktop in the same hub: click to lock, click again to send.
6. Photo: opens the system camera or gallery; the image goes to the board inbox (not on the canvas until you insert it). You can pick multiple from the gallery.
7. Comment: write a quick team note; it is stored in the captures inbox.
8. Mobile board bottom bar: List (activity and inbox), Notify (alert the team about pending voice notes), View (open board in navigate, presentation, or client mode when available), and Share (read, collaborate, client links…).
9. Full canvas editing (tools, layers, PDF…) is on desktop. From mobile you can open the board in navigate-only or presentation mode.
10. Alternate path: /app/mobile/capturar (pick board; voice type opens the board hub). Legacy /notas-voz URLs redirect to the board.

Tips

• Global sample boards, archived boards, or boards without edit access do not allow captures or voice notes.
