Review mobile captures (inbox and place photos)

What it is for

Listen to audio, read comments, and place photos on the canvas when you are back at your desk.

How to use it

1. On the mobile board, tap List (bottom icon) to open «Mobile captures».
2. On desktop: record from the toolbar mic (small modal); open the inbox with the smartphone button (top right). The badge only counts captures from other collaborators, not your own.
3. Use All, Audio, Comments, and Photos filters to narrow the list.
4. Voice notes: play with the built-in player; delete if you are the author or owner.
5. Comments: read the text; delete if you have permission.
6. Unplaced photos: check several and use «Insert in grid» (10 max per batch). You can also insert one at a time.
7. To anchor a capture on the board use Pin (comment pin), Pin + image (photo with pin and image), or Link to existing pin; see «Mobile inbox ↔ canvas pins».
8. Placed photos appear in an automatic grid on the canvas; on desktop the canvas updates immediately.
9. Tap «Mark read» to clear the desktop button badge; captures remain in the list.
10. «Mark reviewed» on a pinned capture archives that item and syncs the linked pin.
11. On mobile, «Back to mobile board» closes the modal and returns to the capture hub.

Tips

• Photo thumbnails load as you scroll to avoid loading every image at once.
• Batch insert runs one photo at a time: it may take a few seconds; batches of up to 10 work best.
