Comment pin
Place pins with text to annotate specific board locations.
What it is for
Localized feedback in team reviews.
How to use it
- Open the Comments/annotations (+) dropdown and choose comment pin (shortcut M).
- Click on the canvas to place the pin and write the message.
- From the mobile captures inbox you can pin or link photos, comments, and voice notes to a pin (new or existing); see «Mobile inbox ↔ canvas pins».
Tips
- One pin can group several inbox captures; Resolved requires all linked captures to be reviewed.
- This is internal team feedback: the client does not see it on their review link. See «Team feedback (collaborators)».
