Client voice note
From the client review link, they can record audio with their phone or computer microphone without typing.
What it is for
Lower friction on reviews: quick feedback when typing on a small screen is awkward.
How to use it
- The client opens their review link in the browser (Chrome or Safari on mobile work well).
- In the bottom bar, tap the microphone icon to start recording.
- Tap the microphone again or Stop to finish; listen to the preview and send, or discard if needed.
- In the editor, the team plays the note in the client feedback modal or panel (alongside comments and reactions).
Tips
- Each recording is limited to 2 minutes.
- The browser may ask for microphone permission.
- They can optionally set a display name before sending; the note attaches to the visible variant when in variant view.
- Not the same as team voice notes (owner/collaborator from /notas-voz): see «Team voice notes» article.
