Client mode
Share with client (review link)
In Share → «Share with client» card (highlighted) you get a read-only review link. The client only sees elements marked visible; they can comment, react, or approve in the client view. The dialog shows how many elements are visible, the URL, and link actions.
What it is for
Collect structured feedback without canvas edit access.
How to use it
- Before sharing: mark elements visible from the selection floating bar → «Visible to client» (multi-selection too).
- To request formal approval: select the element and enable «Request decision» in the «Element status» panel (inside Client feedback) or the approval toggle in the client review bar.
- Open Share → Share with client; wait for the link to be prepared.
- Copy: send the URL to the client. Regenerate link: new URL (invalidates the old one). Revoke link: disables access until a new one is generated.
- Optional: enter the client email and click Send for a message with an access button (requires mail configured on the server).
- If review sections exist, use «Order review» to set the menu order the client will see (▲ ▼ arrows).
Tips
- This is not a /b/ guest link to the full board.
- If the visible count is 0, mark content before sending the link.
- Client mode is on Pro and Studio plans; if the card is missing, check your plan.
