Who is on the board
In the editor top bar (people icon and avatars) you can open the list of who has access and their role. It includes the owner, invited collaborators, pending invites (owner only), and link guests.
What it is for
See at a glance who is involved and what permission each person has.
How to use it
- Click the people control next to notifications and your avatar (desktop).
- Check your own access on the «Your access: …» line.
- Each row shows name, avatar, role label, and optionally «Recently active» (guests active in the last few minutes).
- The owner also sees collaborator and guest emails in the list.
Tips
- Guest roles: view only, can contribute (create/edit their own items), or full editor, depending on the link they used.
- Pending collaborator: email invite sent but not yet accepted.
- The list refreshes automatically every few seconds; it does not show live cursors.
- The control may be hidden on global sample boards.
